For every clean, empty jar or bottle you return or responsibly recycle, you receive a $2 Store Credit toward your next intentional purchase.

If you live near one of our designated drop-off locations, this is the easiest way to return your items and claim your credit.
The Process: Initiate & Drop-Off
- Initiate Your Return: Fill out the quick form here. This step is vital! It links your physical jars to your digital customer account so we can accurately issue your credit.
- Receive Your Unique ID: Immediately after submitting the form, you'll get an email containing a Unique Drop-Off ID.
- Prep & Label: Rinse all jars thoroughly until they are clean (clean jars are happy jars!). Place them in a bag and write your Unique Drop-Off ID clearly on the outside.
- Drop-Off: Drop your labeled bag at your selected location.
We will notify you via email when your $2 per jar credit has been applied to your account (allow 3–5 business days after drop-off for processing).

Conscious Recycling Incentive: FAQ
- Do I need to clean the jars?
Yes, please! For both local drop-off and non-local photo proof, all jars must be thoroughly rinsed and free of product residue. Jars that are not clean may not be eligible for credit.
- What products are eligible?
All glass jars, candle tins, and wheat straw plastic (like the wheat jars our body butters and scrubs are packaged in) from The Love U Collective are eligible for the incentive.
- How long does it take for my $2 credit to be applied?
For Local Drop-Offs, allow 3–5 business days after your drop-off date.
For Non-Local Proof, allow 2–3 business days after submitting your photo for verification.
- Can I use my credit immediately?
Once the credit is applied to your account, you can use it immediately on any future order. It never expires, so you can save it up!
- I'm non-local, can I still mail my jars back?
We strongly encourage local recycling to minimize the environmental impact of shipping. We do not provide return labels for this program. Using our Non-Local Proof method is the easiest and most sustainable way to get your reward!
- Can I combine this credit with other offers?
The Store Credit is treated like a gift card balance or an accrued points balance and can typically be used with sales or other discounts offered on our site.
