Wholesale Ordering FAQs
1. How do I place a wholesale/bulk order?
To place your wholesale order:
Sign in or create a new account (Note: to receive tax exemption, you must create a new account here)
Once you're account is created, navigate to our wholesale portal to place your order. Add quantities for the items you're purchasing. If the 'Quantity' box is greyed out, it is because there are variants to choose from. Click the 'Show Variants' button to enter your quantities.
Once you've added your items to the cart, click on "Your Cart" and "Proceed to Checkout".

2. I'm being charged tax. Why?
Sales tax is applied based on your shipping address and local regulations. If you are a tax-exempt organization, please create a wholesale account here. Once created, you will see tax exemption at checkout.
3. How do I schedule my order drop-off?
After your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with instructions on scheduling your order drop-off. You can select a convenient date and time through our online scheduling tool or by contacting our customer service team at support@loveucare.com.
4. How can I get access to first-time buyer pricing?
First-time buyer pricing is available when you register as a wholesale customer. Simply complete the registration form on our wholesale portal, and once your account is approved, you’ll gain access to exclusive pricing options and special promotions.
5. What is the minimum order requirement?
Our minimum order requirement is $150. We strive to accommodate various business needs and can often offer flexible options based on your order size.
6. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept a variety of payment methods including credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, and Paypal. For larger orders, custom payment terms may be available upon approval.
7. How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
Order processing times generally range from 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times depend on your location and the order size. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
8. What is your return policy for wholesale orders?
Our return policy for wholesale orders may differ from our retail policy. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any problems, which may include exchanges, credits, or returns based on the circumstances.
