We used to think intentional living was about crushing a 5 AM workout and optimizing every minute. But after years spent doing self-care instead of actually feeling it (and one major burnout) , we realized something crucial: Sustainable self-care isn't a chore—it's a consistent, intentional practice designed to support you.
This brand was born from our combined passion and frustration: a dream of making adulting a little less terrible by building a bridge between the expectations of being an adult and inner alignment.

The Practical Alchemist: Grounding the Vision in Sustainable Rituals
I’m Olivia, and for years, my default setting was "Running on Fumes." As a busy mom, an educator, and a sister, I felt like I was constantly pouring from an empty cup—and my idea of self-care was binge-watching Grey's Anatomy or collapsing with a snack. (We’ve all been there.)
Watching my son navigate his world and learning to process his own big emotions made me realize I needed to get my energy together, not just for him, but for me. My self-care journey began with my sister's "constant nagging", but it became my lifeline: a simple yoga practice, intentional meditation, and restarting my journaling routine.
My mission at The Love U Collective is to make intentional self-care feel simple, achievable, and utterly reliable for the overwhelmed adult. I bring the practical eye: ensuring our products are all-natural, 100% vegan, and cruelty-free —because peace of mind is part of the ritual. I manage the logistics, production, and quality , guaranteeing that every time you use one of our body butters or scrubs, you are receiving a clean, high-performing tool that genuinely simplifies your routine. I'm the one who makes sure we're nurturing your body, so you can focus on nourishing your spirit.

The Energetic Alchemist: Bridging Outer Glow with Inner Alignment
For the longest time, I was obsessed with being the “Perfect Adult.” School, good grades, the right job, the "American Dream"—I chased a linear path until one day, I looked up and realized I was overwhelmingly sad and completely disconnected from myself. My pursuit of perfection led straight to burnout and a total loss of identity.
That breakdown was my spiritual awakening. As I turned inward to ask, "What type of human do I want to be?", I fell in love with yoga and the concept of energy flow. This deep personal work evolved into my professional mission: to empower others through self-knowledge. I like to call myself a Lunar Womb Guide and Emotional Alchemist which simply means I combine the wisdom of the moon, chakras, aromatherapy and human design to guide women back to their own power and rhythm.
My role is to pour this energetic depth into the soul of The Love U Collective. I oversee the brand vision, develop the core content, and formulate every product with the 7 Chakras at its core. I ensure our aromatherapy acts as an energetic cue , transforming your everyday routine into a ritual that connects external self-care directly to internal emotional balance. We don't just sell products; we offer a transformative framework for living a joyful, aligned life.
